Research projects: As part of the NFDI4Chem project, pKa, logP, logD measurements for the EuroSAMPL-Challenge based on chemoinformatics analyses will be performed: Based on these analyses, physico-chemical properties of highly relevant drug candidates are determined and made available for blind prediction competitions. At the same time, machine learning approaches for pKa, logP, logD-value prediction are being developed.
